Reservations

To make a reservation click the "Book Now" button, email [email protected] or call (800) 892-5314.  A valid Visa, Master Card, or Discover is required.  To confirm your reservation, there is a minimum deposit of one night's stay or 50% of the reservation total, depending on size or duration of your stay. A 50% deposit is always required for holidays and island special events.

Cancellation Policy

There is a minimum cancellation policy of 14 days prior to check in to arrival date in order to receive any refund of the deposit (minus a $40 processing fee). Each individual cancellation policy will be outlined in the confirmation email you receive at the time of booking and will be based on the size and duration of your stay.

Cancellation policy for holidays, special events, and bookings exceeding $1000.00; all cancellations require a 30-day notice prior to the arrival date and require a 50% deposit. A cancellation inside the cancellation policy will cause a forfeiture of any deposits. Late arrivals and early departures are considered cancellations of reserved days and are subject to appropriate charges.

Minimum Stay Required

There is a two night minimum stay required during the Summer Season and Off-Season Weekends (Friday and Saturday). Single night stays are only available between reservations and when available, will be a higher rate. Longer minimum stays are required during holidays and island special events.

Pet Accommodations

Blackbeard’s Lodge offers 16 “pet-friendly” rooms. A $40 per night and per pet fee will apply. If pets are left in the room unaccompanied by their owners, they must be crated.  When strolling with your pet, please be sure to clean up after them.  Thank you for your cooperation.

Travel Insurance

We do not offer refunds for weather related cancellations.  We highly recommend that you purchase optional travel insurance.

Smoking

Blackbeard’s Lodge is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is allowed on the porches and decks only. A $200.00 penalty will be charged for smoking in any room.

Wireless Internet

Free Wireless internet is available throughout the hotel.

Bicycles and Golf Cart Rentals

Bicycles and Golf Cart rentals are available at the front desk. Bicycles are $25/per bike/per day. Golf Carts are available for rent. Call for rates.
